My independent software business in the Netherlands, and the company behind GoPractice.
I first opened it in 2021, building custom web applications in PHP, Symfony and Laravel for clients in Italy and the Netherlands, and closed it at the end of that year. In 2026 I reopened it to build my own product.
It follows the idea behind everything I build: start from fundamentals, and build software thoughtfully, putting safety, reliability and useful outcomes first.

GoPractice
Booking and membership software for independent studios and gyms: dance, fitness, yoga and Pilates studios, boxing gyms and martial arts schools.
It takes on the administrative work around class bookings, memberships and payments, so that running a studio is less about the paperwork.
I’m the founder. I build the product, and I’m learning to sell it too: talking to studio owners, marketing it and handling objections.

Lettera al mio io futuro
Write a letter to your future self, and receive it by email on the date you choose.
An Italian platform I built with Laravel and have run since 2020: letters are stored encrypted and sent by scheduled jobs, with PayPal for payments and Futura, a weekly newsletter. Almost 13,000 letters have been written so far, and the newsletter has dozens of readers every month.

Open source and teaching
Tools and tutorials
- Praetor: a Claude Code plugin for modern Symfony projects (Composer, Doctrine ORM and a QA pipeline with PHPUnit, PHPStan, PHP-CS-Fixer and Arkitect), organised around DDD, hexagonal architecture and CQRS. I built it to work on GoPractice, then made it general and released it on GitHub under the MIT licence.
- Parking Lot Kata: a PHP 8 kata (a management system for a multi-storey garage with different kinds of vehicles) built step by step with design patterns, DDD-lite and hexagonal architecture. I explain it in a video series in Italian on my YouTube channel, which has around 500 subscribers.
- Simple MVC PHP framework: a small framework built from scratch to explain how MVC works, with 61 stars on GitHub and a step-by-step tutorial on this blog.
- Lead Magnet Locker: a WordPress plugin that collects emails in exchange for secure digital downloads, protecting the files and delivering them automatically. More than 10 active installations on wordpress.org.
- Smart GEO GMap: a WordPress plugin for Google Maps. More than 10 active installations on wordpress.org.
- Foursquare Integration: a WordPress plugin I built as a showcase, not released publicly. Its page has a working demo.
- Mortgage Calculator: an earlier WordPress plugin, with its own page on this site.
